Rebecca runs the Marketing team at The Floow, a role which sees her and her team working with pretty much every single team in the company as well as ensuring that The Floow shines on the national, international and digital stage.
It is a varied and hands-on role combining owning the digital and social media strategy and presence, managing our presence at physical and virtual events, working with specialists in areas like public relations, and identifying creative ways to get The Floow's name out to the customers we want to target with our capabilities.
Rebecca has spent the last 20 years in Marketing, Communications and Sales roles, supporting high growth brands in the tech industry, including Cisco. She spent the first half of her career in public relations, including a spell leading PR at the UK motoring organisation, RAC. It's this combination of experience in tech and automotive that makes her well suited to this role at The Floow.
Rebecca is an English Literature graduate of Durham University and she also holds an MA in Public Relations from Manchester Metropolitan University. She lives in Sheffield.
Every single day brings some new 'firsts' for Rebecca and she is proud of the new team she's helped build and the results that are already being seen. The team are beating their web and social records every month and trialling new tactics, like webinars, and for Rebecca it is excellent to be able to operate in this environment of freedom, trust and support.
Rebecca loves writing and blogging, and she is slowly but surely working on a novel. She also 'enjoys' driving her children around to various sporting and social events, and walking in the beautiful Peak District.
