Client Development Director (North America)

North America

The Role:

To manage specified client accounts within North America delivering a best in class client experience and ensuring continued growth and maximised revenues.

Your Accountabilities:

Client Development

  • Build a strong network of contacts / relationships within your client business to ensure continuity of the account and maximise your impact
  • In conjunction with the Client Development Managing Director, develop annual strategic and communications plans for your accounts ensuring clients needs are met and where possible exceeded
  • Deliver all revenue targets associated with your key accounts through proactive account management strategies on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Ensure your clients are familiar with the company’s full range of products and services and associated roadmaps
  • Ensure client requests and requirements are fed back in a timely manner to the technical team to ensure that these are introduced into the product development process
  • Ensure you work effectively and efficiently with Technical teams to deliver on client development work
  • Ensure the swift resolution of any client relationship issues that may arise from technical, resource or any other area to ensure a first class client experience
  • Introduce 3rd party expertise to the Clients if and when appropriate

Business Development

  • Introduce new products to existing accounts , generate new revenues and ensure continued growth
  • To contribute to the process of winning new accounts as required

Other

  • Undertake as requested other activities that may be outside of your area of focus but contribute to the overall success of The Floow

Due to the nature of this role it is essential that applicants have prior experience working with the Telematics / Usage Based Insurance space.
