We are looking for a Client Manager to help us manage all elements of Client relationships including, onboarding, delivery of solutions, and long term growth strategies.
Insurance telematics is an emerging industry where the ability to craft exquisite, digital, user-facing products creates competitive advantage for our clients.
You will be a core member of our US team, and you will have end-to-end responsibility for managing ongoing client relationships. You’ll have to perform a variety of duties including: relationship management, forecasting, product prioritization and strategic planning. As the Client Manager, you must understand and operate at all technical levels necessary. You must be able to understand and anticipate the clients needs related to The Floow products, program requirements and technical issues.
You must have the ability to understand the big picture and be able to understand and relate to all departments within an insurance company including but not limited to Product, Marketing, Actuarial, IT, Engineering and Executives.
You will work closely with our leadership team and partner with Clients, Project Delivery and Engineering teams to help us launch products that move the needle.
Previous Client management experience required. Having experience in some or all of the following areas preferred: mobile apps, telematics, UBI programs, user engagement, enterprise apps and backend technologies.
