Client Manager


We are looking for a Client Manager to help us manage all elements of Client relationships including, onboarding, delivery of solutions, and long term growth strategies.

Insurance telematics is an emerging industry where the ability to craft exquisite, digital, user-facing products creates competitive advantage for our clients. 

You will be a core member of our US team, and you will have end-to-end responsibility for managing ongoing client relationships. You’ll have to perform a variety of duties including: relationship management, forecasting, product prioritization and strategic planning. As the Client Manager, you must understand and operate at all technical levels necessary. You must be able to understand and anticipate the clients needs related to The Floow products, program requirements and technical issues.

You must have the ability to understand the big picture and be able to understand and relate to all departments within an insurance company including but not limited to Product, Marketing, Actuarial, IT, Engineering and Executives.

You will work closely with our leadership team and partner with Clients, Project Delivery and Engineering teams to help us launch products that move the needle.

Previous Client management experience required. Having experience in some or all of the following areas preferred: mobile apps, telematics, UBI programs, user engagement, enterprise apps and backend technologies.




  • Well organized, ability to follow up and drive resolution on actions and deliverables
  • Ability to actively listen in the context of the clients’ needs
  • Ability to understand the big picture and relate to all departments within an insurance company (product, marketing, actuarial, IT, engineering, executives, etc)
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to and from the client and The Floow
  • Ability to de-escalate challenging situations
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to operate as a Product Owner on behalf of the client with respect to managing and prioritising development work
  • Act with integrity and try to make others around you better by leading through influence


Job requirements


  • A track record of managing successful large scale client relationships with product or solution implementations
  • Extensive experience in disciplined agile environments as well as having managed agile-to-waterfall and waterfall-to-agile relationships
  • Strong planning and execution skills and ability to drive things home
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, define and measure delivery KPIs
  • Ability to perform with little supervision is highly desirable
  • Experience with B2B products and understanding the difference between user and client needs would be a plus


Would like to also have


  • Ability to develop project plans consisting of deadline commitments, dependencies, inter-departmental and cross-atlantic coordinated tasks
  • Experience utilizing agile processes for prioritization and execution of development work and the deadlines commitments which align with traditional waterfall environments
  • Ability to maintain all US related activities, tasks and deliverables on the Floow and client side
  • Ability to act as Project Manager as needed to clearly track and communicate US priorities and manage the funnel of activities into the company wide prioritization process
