We are looking for a passionate, experienced and self-driven HR Director to join our growing team.  In this role, you will be supporting The Floow leaders, teams & employees to successfully scale our business, evolve our culture as we continue to grow, and enable our teams to go above and beyond.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Full accountability for The Floow HR strategy and plans. Understanding business priorities and translating them into an HR approach that supports the business
  • Lead all People initiatives such as employee engagement & retention, employee performance, workforce planning, promotions & personal growth, terminations, talent management, training and development.
  • Design, lead and execute HR projects, programs, and processes in all HR domains: team structure, leadership development, performance review, talent management & retention, recognition, compensation & benefits, etc.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Sense the field” to focus areas for intervention and support, to promote organisational climate
  • Proactively assess the team and organisational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Build an HR team to support the organisational needs 
  • Operate local employment engagement, termination & benefits processes.

What you should have:

  • 8+ years working experience in an HR Director/HR Business Partner role in high tech companies.
  • International experience, able to deal with personnel distributed across geographies.
  • Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management, employee relations, compensation & Benefits, employment law, organisational development, and employee development/learning
  • Experience working in a global hyper-growth environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities & consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • CIPD level 7 or other relevant HR qualification 
  • Strong focus on execution and a “can do” approach
