Partnerships Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to maximise The Floow’s relationships with key sales partners and resellers, generating a strong sales pipeline and new clients, which complement The Floow’s own direct sales activities for The Floow’s insurance telematics and data analytics services and reporting to the EMEA+ Sales Director.

Your accountabilities:

  • Ensure The Floow has strong reseller partners to generate a strong sales pipeline, and new clients, which complement The Floow’s own direct sales activities.
  • Proactively support the partners in achieving sales success which is in line with The Floow’s revenue growth objectives
  • Provide all required training and marketing support to the reseller partners
  • Support the partners in sales meetings, as required, to advance the opportunities, and bring them to closure, negotiating profitable long term contracts.
  • Deliver all revenue targets associated with the achievement of new indirect client  accounts through proactive sales strategies on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Conduct regular meetings with all key stakeholders within the partners.
  • Support the partners with responses to relevant RFI and RFPs ensuring that submissions are of a high quality and deadlines are met at all times.
  • Track the status of the relationship, and the sales opportunities, through the effective use of The Floow’s CRM system.
  • Work closely with the Client Development and Technical teams to efficiently deliver on commitments.
  • Build effective internal relationships that allow you to influence as required ensuring the best outcomes from a new business perspective.
  • Provide marketplace feedback to the Product and Marketing teams enabling the development of the Company’s product roadmap.
  • Proactively contribute to the positive culture of The Floow through your everyday behaviours. 
  • Undertake as requested other activities that may be outside of your area of focus but contribute to the overall success of The Floow.

 

Job and person requirements:

  • A proven track record in a sales role with experience in identifying new opportunities.
  • Demonstrable success in selling complex technical solutions into the insurance industry
  • Experience of partnerships management and indirect sales an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation experience both commercially and legally.
  • Innovative thinker, particularly with regard to approaching sales in a ‘remote’ world.
  • Ambitious and driven individual. 
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Collaborative with experience of leading ‘virtual teams’
  • Technology ‘savvy’
