Project Manager

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to support The Floow’s delivery team in planning and managing the build, test and release elements of all technical projects in the US, ensuring on time, in full and within budget delivery. 

Your Accountabilities:

  • Work with the Product and Solutions teams to agree the objectives and scope of projects to enable the planning process to be completed accurately.
  • Complete in depth project plans for all technical projects including detailed resource planning to ensure realistic timeframe and cost estimates are in place.
  • Monitor project progress and effectively handle any issues or risks that arise, in order to ensure the best product is delivered within the specified time frame, on budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments on planned projects and work with teams to identify and eliminate / mitigate any risks or blocks to successful delivery ahead of time.
  • Prepare and issue project update reporting to enable all stakeholders to be appraised of the current project status and take any necessary actions to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Ensure all development teams understand their accountability for delivery within each project
  • Inspire, motivate and manage your team to deliver their best work through effective communication, leadership, performance management and other engagement activities
  • Proactively contribute to the positive culture of The Floow through everyday behaviours 
  • Undertake as requested other activities that may be outside of your area of expertise but contribute to the overall success of The Floow


Job / Person requirements

You will have:

  • Relevant commercial experience in a project management role
  • An ability to build relationships, able to influence, challenge, and engage well with all stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem solving ability
  • Ability to plan and manage tasks and small projects within an overall project 
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and in ambiguous circumstances
  • An understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (ideally including agile)
  • Relevant Project management qualifications
