Quality Assurance Engineer

UK-Based

You’ll be testing state of-the-art apps, web applications and software within an exciting emerging industry. You will be responsible for the ongoing development and improvement of a range of applications designed by us to meet the requirements of the company’s clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders including architects, developers, designers and product managers, customer services
  • Working on cutting-edge, innovative products, in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Collaborating with developers in a close-knit, fun environment

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in Automation Testing
  • Experience with test driven (TDD) or behaviour driven development (BDD) practices
  • Experience in defining test strategy/approach, test cases
  • Experience of working with a variety of business personnel, developers and management
  • Experience developing testing artefacts, such as test plans, test cases and mind maps
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Agile, ISEB or ISTQB Software Test certification would be at an advantage but are not essential requirements.
