We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing company. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help us grow and scale fast globally.  In your role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment processes A-Z, and work closely with hiring managers to establish efficient recruitment processes.  We are looking for a great team player, with an ambition and passion about recruiting the best candidates to match the company’s needs and unique culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead A-Z recruitment processes for specific positions, including hands on responsibility
  • Actively source candidates
  • Increase sourcing channels and tactics, such as online search, direct sourcing, and social platforms, to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Implement creative recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain a quality relationship with hiring managers and external interfaces
  • Ensure that the experience of all candidates (internal and external) is positive and consistent with the employer brand proposition
  • Ensure that all company recruitment activities are undertaken in accordance with UK employment law


What you should have:

  • At least 4 years recruitment experience in hi-tech companies 
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting processes, especially in commercial positions
  • Experience in sourcing and building candidates pipelines 
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and interviewing methods and techniques
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised, resourceful, and gets things done
  • Strong focus on execution and a “can do” approach
