Global telematics company, The Floow, has been included in 2019’s Fintech Global InsurTech100 list which collates the best and most innovative insurtech companies in the world. This year is the second consecutive year that The Floow has been included in the top 100.
The InsurTech100 recognises “the pioneering companies transforming the global insurance industry”. To choose this year’s list, a panel of analysts and industry experts voted from a longlist of over 1000 companies to find the leading companies who were worthy of recognition for their innovative use of technology to solve significant industry problems, or generate cost savings or efficiency improvements across the insurance value chain.
The Floow prides itself on its innovative nature and its ability to partner with leading motor insurers and interpret sensor data to make individual mobility safer and smarter. Over seven years, The Floow has worked to ensure that its offering delivers unique insights and benefits to insurance carriers and their customers.
This recognition celebrates The Floow’s move to a product focus, with the launch of their FloowDrive and FloowFleet products, which breaks down the time, cost and complexity barriers to telematics so more insurers can access the cost and efficiency benefits this technology provides.
Speaking about this recognition, The Floow’s CEO and Founder, Aldo Monteforte, said; “We are delighted to have been recognised as a leader in the insurtech sector by being included in this year’s Fintech Global InsurTech100 list.
“The Floow aims to use our expertise in the areas of data and social sciences and technology to deliver innovative solutions for the insurance market. We are extremely proud that our expertise and work in this area has been recognised for its innovation. We remain committed to delivering world-class solutions to our clients to provide them with significant competitive advantage.”
