Head of Technical Customer Services
Andrew is accountable for the operation of The Floow's Service Desk, and for monitoring and control across the company.
Andrew has worked in, and led, technology teams for close to 30 years. Starting out in electronics and hardware design, Andrew transitioned to software development, and then into the delivery of software and IT projects.
Leading several national and international projects in gas distribution and pressure management, leakage control and smart metering between 2007 and 2018, Andrew has a wealth of experience building and maintaining large and complex IT systems for demanding clients.
There have been several proud moments for Andrew during his time at The Floow. In his previous role as Product Owner, he was proud to build a solid team and deliver our fleet product – FloowFleet – to two huge clients. However, this year, he beat that by building a first-class, international service desk function, during a global pandemic, as our Head of Technical Customer Services.
