As the head of delivery, Danny is responsible for overseeing the daily running of projects/changes and BAU throughout the business. He leads a successful team that ensures that all developments are resourced and managed inline with expectations and that all external client queries are dealt with appropriately.
Danny has over 10 years’ experience in running a variety of projects throughout the food, security and pensions sectors. He started dealing with projects as a Business Analyst and soon progressed to a Projects Manager. In 2015, he decided it was time for a new challenge and joined The Floow. This, he says, allowed him to challenge himself at the highest level and develop his own department and framework.
Since this time, he has supported the growth of The Floow as well as his department and the individuals within it.
He has various qualifications in Project Management and in more recent years, has focused on upskilling in Agile.
This upskilling has also allowed him to support The Floow in the transition to an Agile framework.
Danny’s proudest moment since joining The Floow has been establishing a projects function that has supported the business growth, as well as developing a highly professional department that meets all the requirements of the business and its clients.
