As Head of Mobile at The Floow, Olawale is responsible for leading and managing The Floow’s mobile development efforts on the platform.
Olawale worked for 10 years in the banking sector as a Java/.Net back-end developer and a Project Manager. During this stage of his career, he worked within the worlds of trade finance, faster payments, retail credit, and retail banking.
After making a career move to mobile application development, he started work at The Floow as an Android Engineer and one of the company’s first ten employees. Now, he leads the Android developers’ guild, which includes all Android subject matter experts across the organisation.
Olawale holds a Computer Science degree, and a PMP qualification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Olawale’s proudest moments since joining The Floow are the times when he has observed the successful results of a key clients’ use of The Floow’s SDK (FloowKit) within their own applications.
When not working on new technology for The Floow, Olawale enjoys travel and history.
