As Italian Country Leader, Elisabetta is responsible for growing The Floow’s business and managing established client relationships within the key region of Italy, as well as in Portugal.
Elisabetta has 25 years experience in the insurance and insurtech sectors working in sales, marketing and client relations roles across the EMEA region.
Before joining The Floow in 2013, Elisabetta worked for GE Capital where she was responsible for insurance P&L across 17 countries in the EMEA region, as well as Thailand and India. While there, she also designed and implemented a global strategy and managed relationships with primary insurance counterparts in EMEA countries.
Prior to this, Elisabetta worked for a global life and health reinsurer as their Sales and Marketing Leader for Italy, before becoming Country Leader for the Italian market.
Elisabetta is extremely proud of the trust that insurance leaders in the Italian & Portuguese markets have put in The Floow, and our capabilities, to deliver for them and their customers.
Outside of work, Elisabetta likes to take care of her family and she also loves skiing.
